手作りっぽいバースデーケーキ
次男が２歳になりました。はぴばーすでーつーゆー！！！
本人がお昼寝中、お兄ちゃんがケーキを作りました。
材料はこちらです奥様メモのご用意を。
ご覧の通り、スポンジケーキは市販のものです。
すみませんが、ケーキ焼けません。
そして、生クリームの代わりに、ヨーグルト使用。
さっぱりして美味しいですよ。小さなお子様でも安心。
レアチーズケーキ風なお味風な仕上がり風。
では、鼻たらしたお兄ちゃん、よろしくお願いします。
まず、スポンジケーキの袋を丁寧に開けまふ。
ヨーグルトを塗り塗り
カットしたフルーツを乗せ乗せ
ヨーグルトをたっぷーり
２段目のスポンジ裏表逆ちゃう？
フルーツ乗せ乗せ
完成です。お兄ちゃん途中くしゃみしながらがんばりました。
冷蔵庫で3時間ほど冷やすと、ケーキもしっとりして味が馴染んで美味しくなります。
ロウソク立ててラップをすると、クリーム系がくっつきにくいです。
