まな板の除菌とニオイ消し



久々の更新です・・・。
さて、この暑い時期、気になるのが食中毒。
まな板や包丁も日頃からしっかり除菌を心がけて、清潔なキッチンでお料理を楽しみたいですね。

今日は簡単にできる、まな板の除菌・ニオイ消しの仕方をご紹介します。

juso-6.JPG まず、重曹をまな板に振りかけます。
タワシでゴシゴシこすり、熱湯をかけて洗い流します。
魚や、肉を切ったあとに気になるニオイも、これで、解消。

また、塩を振りかけ、酢をスプレーして、一晩置いておくのも効果的です。

魚をさばいて、手が生臭くなったときも、重曹で洗うと、ニオイが気にならなくなりますヨ。
